Order Processing

• All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

Shipping Coverage

• We currently ship across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
• Please ensure your complete address with correct PIN code, landmark, and phone number is provided at checkout to avoid delivery delays.

Delivery Timelines

• Metro cities: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• Rest of India: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
• Remote or non-serviceable areas may take slightly longer depending on courier availability.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you make the payment.
• From time to time, we may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value as part of promotional offers.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, a tracking link/ID will be shared with you via email or SMS.
• You can use this tracking ID on the courier partner’s website to check the live status of your delivery.

Packaging

• All Rajbite products are packed in airtight, food-safe jars and secure outer packaging to ensure freshness and prevent damage during transit.

Delays & Failed Deliveries

• If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the receiver, or unreachable phone number, the order may be returned to us.
• In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply for redelivery.
• If your order is unusually delayed, please contact us and we will help track and resolve it at the earliest.

Damaged or Tampered Packages

• Please do not accept packages that appear damaged, torn, or tampered with at the time of delivery.
• If you receive a damaged product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos of the package and product, and we will resolve it as per our Refund & Return Policy.
